Ordered the shaker cup and came with some preworkout sample. Never had a white shaker before so it really stands out. Quality is pretty decent. The sample preworkout werent bad either.

Gave to roommate. Guess he liked it.

So i gotta start off by saying the pre workout is AMAZING! I was introduced to the company at the olympia in Florida that just happened along with many other samples from different companies. When I got back home to Ohio and started my week off with samples to try daily as the workouts happen.. day by day I went through them, mind you I do alot of high intensity interval training. Circuit based fighter type workouts to keep the heart rate up and the oxygen levels depleted because I'm a fireman and work under extreme duress to get the wet stuff on the red stuff, a smoke eater some like to call us.. I need to be in the best shape possible to safe a life so the way I train is a lifestyle for me. When I got to the Miami vice samples I thought at first.. cool looking packages I really was digging the colors and how the label looked I said what the heck let's do it. On my 10 minute drive to the gym I drank it down and waited to feel it kick in. I didn't get the weird hot itchy feeling that some people like.. personally I don't, and i thought to myself.. well maybe this isn't gonna do the job. Let me tell you boys and girls I was wrong. No tingles but man I wrong. My first circuit is on the elliptical.. three miles all done various ways and I felt the energy no dragging ass getting through the first step of the hurt workout.. then we move onto the intense hiit circuit training and my rest was even more limited between exercises because I wasn't winded as easy now and had energy and a great pump.. wow I thought this stuff is legit.. once the circuit was finished I always move onto the body part of the day.. time under tension free weight training and the pump was REAL and so was my vascularity. Looking like water pipes under my skin.. I felt great, big.. alpha as f***.. my workouts typically last 2 hours with everything I'm doing. After I was done I still felt amazing and wasn't drained at all. Then i ran out of the samples.. and moved onto the other stuff I had which was eehhh.. ok. Scrolling through fb I found the add for free shaker and samples and said OH HERE WE GO AGAIN!! Once those ran out I ordered the tub of pre. And wad pleasantly surprised at how huge the container was and was very pleased that I have many more intense workouts to come!! Highly recommended, and the person who kept in contact with me.. Kyle, was very helpful and friendly. Quick to answer all my questions and I felt like he was genuinely interested in making the customers happy. Props to you kyle and this company for providing me such an awesome powder to get me through the grind. Don't believe me? Try the samples and see for yourself..
